The Institute of Applied Psychology (IAP), University of the Punjab, recently organized an engaging and insightful Career Counselling Webinar aimed at highlighting emerging career opportunities in the dynamic field of psychology.
We were privileged to host Dr. Almas Irfan, Assistant Professor at the Department of Psychology, Rawalpindi Women University, and former Psychologist at the Punjab Prison Department, as the distinguished guest speaker. Drawing from his diverse professional journey, Dr. Irfan shared invaluable insights into the multifaceted career paths available to psychology graduates. His discussion encompassed clinical, forensic, educational, and organizational settings, providing practical guidance and motivation to aspiring psychologists.
The session was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Naumana Amjaad and Associate Professor, Dr. Afifa Anjum (BS Program Coordinator) with the gracious permission of Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique, Director of the Institute of Applied Psychology.
